Any sealer having knowledge of a violation of any of the provisions of any law relating to weights and measures shall cause the violator to be prosecuted.

Requires any sealer who knows of a violation of a law relating to weights and measures to cause the violator to be prosecuted. The duty applies when the sealer has knowledge of the violation and directs the sealer toward prosecution of the violator, rather than merely permitting discretionary enforcement or informal handling of the known violation.
