Any sums received by the commissioner pursuant to any provisions of this chapter shall be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to the Consumer Recovery Account.

Notes

Requires every sum the commissioner receives under any provision of this chapter to be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to the Consumer Recovery Account. The rule directs all chapter receipts into that account rather than another fund, making Treasury deposit and Recovery Account crediting mandatory for amounts received by the commissioner under the chapter.
