California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 6 — Business Rights, Chapter 2 — Model State Trademark Law, Article 10 — Fees, Section 14260

Unless specified by the secretary, the fees payable herein are not refundable.

Notes

Limits refunds of fees payable under these provisions by making those fees nonrefundable unless the secretary specifies otherwise. Nonrefundability is the default rule for covered fees, while the secretary retains authority to specify when a fee is refundable and thereby create an exception to that default.
