The failure of an aggrieved person to comply with all of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a waiver of any rights hereunder.

Notes

Establishes that an aggrieved person who fails to comply with all provisions of this chapter waives the rights provided under the chapter. The rule makes full chapter compliance a condition of retaining those statutory rights, so noncompliance results in waiver rather than merely delaying or reducing a remedy otherwise available to the aggrieved person.
