California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 4 — Real Estate, Part 1 — Licensing of Persons, Chapter 7 — Mineral, Oil and Gas Brokerage, Article 5 — Fees, Section 10580

Mineral, oil, and gas brokers are subject to the provisions applicable to real estate brokers contained in Sections 10200, 10207, 10209.5, 10210, 10211, and 10222.

Requires mineral, oil, and gas brokers to comply with the specifically enumerated provisions applicable to real estate brokers.
