There shall be included as a part of each brand the words, “Registered in California,” or the abbreviation, “Reg. Cal.”

Requires every brand covered by the provision to include either the words “Registered in California” or the stated abbreviation as part of the brand itself. The rule makes one of those registration indications a mandatory brand component rather than an optional separate notice, label, or accompanying statement.
