This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2029, and as of that date is repealed.
Notes
Sets January 1, 2029, as the expiration date for this article and provides that the article is repealed on that date. The provision therefore keeps the article in effect only through the period before January 1, 2029, after which the article no longer remains operative by force of this repeal clause.
