Any license issued to a business pursuant to this chapter shall be revoked for a violation of Section 24185 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to human cloning.

Notes

Requires revocation of any business license issued under this chapter when the licensee violates the referenced Health and Safety Code provision concerning human cloning. The consequence is mandatory license revocation for that specified violation rather than discretionary discipline, and it applies to any business license issued pursuant to this chapter.
