The court may, in its discretion, include in any injunction against a violation of this chapter such other restraint as it may deem expedient in order to deter the defendant from, and insure against, his committing a future violation of this chapter.
Notes
Allows a court issuing an injunction against a violation of this chapter to add any other restraint it considers expedient to deter the defendant and guard against future chapter violations. The additional restraint is discretionary and must serve the preventive purpose stated in the provision, supplementing rather than replacing the injunction directed at the existing violation.
