In any injunction proceeding against any person as officer, director or agent, it is sufficient to allege and prove the unlawful intent of the person, firm or corporation for which he acts.

Notes

Allows an injunction proceeding against a person acting as an officer, director, or agent to establish the required unlawful intent by alleging and proving the unlawful intent of the person, firm, or corporation for which the defendant acts. The provision therefore permits organizational or principal intent to satisfy the intent showing in the proceeding against the representative.
