The provisions of this chapter are cumulative of each other and of any other provision of law relating to the same subject in effect May 22, 1907.

Notes

Establishes that the provisions of this chapter are cumulative both to one another and to any other law addressing the same subject that was in effect on May 22, 1907. The rule preserves overlapping legal provisions rather than treating this chapter as replacing or excluding other same-subject laws existing on that date.
