An administrative law judge as designated in Section 11371 of the Government Code may utilize the procedures in Section 11515 of the Government Code concerning any matters which may be officially or judicially noticed.
Notes
Allows an administrative law judge designated under the referenced Government Code provision to use the statutory procedures governing matters that may be officially or judicially noticed. The designated judge may apply those referenced notice procedures in proceedings within the scope of the authority granted by this provision.
