California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 2 — Healing Arts, Chapter 7.7 — Physician Assistants, Article 7.5 — International Medical Graduate Physician Assistants, Section 3537.45
The program established pursuant to this article shall not be funded, directly or indirectly, from an increase in the fees charged to physician assistants pursuant to Section 3521.1. This article does not excuse physician assistants trained pursuant to this article from paying the fees established pursuant to Section 3521.1.
Notes
Prohibits funding the program, directly or indirectly, through an increase in the fees charged to physician assistants under the referenced fee provision. Also requires physician assistants trained through the program to continue paying those established fees; participation does not excuse or waive their ordinary fee obligations.
