This chapter shall not be deemed to prohibit any person from preparing any plans, drawings, or specifications for any property owned by that person.
Notes
Exempts a person preparing plans, drawings, or specifications for property that person owns from any reading of the chapter that would prohibit that work. The provision preserves an owner’s ability to prepare those materials for the owner’s own property despite the chapter.
