The board may adopt regulations to further define the reporting requirements of Sections 5678 and 5678.1.

Allows the board to adopt regulations further defining the reporting requirements imposed by the two referenced provisions. The rulemaking authority is limited to elaborating those reporting requirements and permits the board to provide additional regulatory detail about how the referenced reporting duties are defined.
