For purposes of license verification, a person may rely upon the licensing information as it is displayed on the board’s Internet Web site that includes the issuance and expiration dates of any license issued by the board.

Allows a person verifying a license to rely on licensing information displayed on the board’s website, including the issuance and expiration dates of licenses issued by the board. The provision makes the board’s posted licensing information a permissible basis for license-verification reliance.
