Any licensee, active or inactive, failing to pay any child support after it becomes due shall be subject to Section 17520 of the Family Code.
Notes
Requires any active or inactive State Bar licensee who fails to pay child support after it becomes due to be subject to the specified Family Code provision. The rule applies to both active and inactive licensees once the child-support payment is delinquent.
