If the applicant for a permit is engaged in the outdoor advertising business, the application shall contain the number of the license issued by the director.

Requires an outdoor-advertising permit applicant who is engaged in the outdoor advertising business to include in the application the number of the license issued by the director. The license-number disclosure applies specifically when the permit applicant operates in that business.
