California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 2 — Healing Arts, Chapter 10 — Psychiatric Technicians, Article 3 — Disciplinary Proceedings, Section 4520
Every licensed psychiatric technician under this chapter may be disciplined as provided in this article. The disciplinary proceedings shall be conducted by the board in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
Notes
Allows disciplinary action against every psychiatric technician licensed under the chapter as provided in the article. The board must conduct those disciplinary proceedings under the specified administrative adjudication procedures, which govern the process for imposing discipline on covered psychiatric technician licensees.
