The board shall revoke the license of a licensee, other than one who is also licensed as a physician and surgeon, who uses or offers to use drugs in the course of his or her practice as an educational psychologist.
Notes
Requires the board to revoke an educational psychologist license when the licensee uses or offers to use drugs in the course of educational-psychology practice. The mandatory revocation does not apply to a licensee who is also licensed as a physician and surgeon.
