A person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Notes

Establishes violation of any provision of the educational-psychologist chapter as a misdemeanor. The rule makes failure to comply with any requirement in that chapter a criminal offense classified as a misdemeanor, applying that classification across the chapter rather than limiting it to a particular licensing, practice, or disciplinary provision.
