Filthy or soiled articles of new or used bedding cannot be sold, offered or exposed for sale unless the fabric covering them is either properly cleaned or replaced by a new covering and then subjected to sanitization as provided for in this chapter.

Notes

Prohibits the sale, offer, or display for sale of filthy or soiled new or used bedding unless its fabric covering is properly cleaned or replaced with a new covering and the article is then sanitized as the chapter provides. The rule conditions sale on both an acceptable covering and required sanitization.
