The enforcement of all sanitization regulations pertaining to any article subject to this chapter is vested in the bureau. The bureau shall consult with the State Department of Health Services on any changes to the sanitization requirements.

Notes

Establishes the bureau as the enforcement authority for all sanitization regulations governing articles subject to the chapter. It also requires the bureau to consult with the State Department of Health Services whenever changes to the sanitization requirements are considered or made.
