No secondhand dealer or coin dealer shall promise a seller of tangible property that the seller may repurchase property sold to the secondhand dealer or coin dealer.

Notes

Prohibits a secondhand dealer or coin dealer from promising a seller of tangible property that the seller may later repurchase the property sold to the dealer. The restriction applies to a repurchase promise made to the seller in connection with tangible property sold to either type of covered dealer.
