It is unlawful for any person, who is required to be licensed under Section 21640, to publicly advertise any matter relating to the business for which the license is required without including the license number.

Notes

Prohibits a person required to hold the referenced license from publicly advertising any matter relating to the licensed business unless the advertisement includes the license number. The rule applies to public advertising about the business for which the license is required and makes inclusion of that identifying number mandatory.
