The fee for an original or renewal real estate appraiser license or appraiser trainee license shall not exceed four hundred fifty dollars ($450).

Notes

Limits the fee for an original or renewed real estate appraiser license or appraiser trainee license to no more than $450. The same maximum applies to both original issuance and renewal and to both the real estate appraiser and appraiser trainee license categories named in the provision.
