The fee for an original or renewal certification as a state certified real estate appraiser shall not exceed five hundred twenty-five dollars ($525).

Limits the fee for an original or renewal certification as a state certified real estate appraiser to no more than $525. The provision establishes the same maximum fee for both an original certification and a renewal certification in that state certified real estate appraiser category.
