The person transferring the good will of a business may transfer with it the right of using the name under which the business is conducted.
Notes
Allows a person transferring the goodwill of a business to transfer with it the right to use the name under which the business is conducted. The person making the goodwill transfer may include the business-name use right with the goodwill being transferred under this provision.
