All sums collected in suits under this chapter shall be reported to the Controller and deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the fund in which would be deposited the fee, tax or charge for which the suit was brought.
Notes
Requires all sums collected through suits under the chapter to be reported to the Controller and deposited in the State Treasury. Each amount must be credited to the fund that would have received the underlying fee, tax, or charge for which the suit was brought, preserving the destination applicable to the original obligation.
