Upon application and without bond or affidavit, every officer suing under this chapter is entitled to all or any of provisional remedies provided in the Code of Civil Procedure.

Allows every officer suing under this chapter, upon application and without providing a bond or affidavit, to obtain any or all provisional remedies available under the Code of Civil Procedure. The provision removes bond and affidavit prerequisites for those officers while making the ordinary Code of Civil Procedure provisional-remedy options available in chapter enforcement suits.
