Any contract or agreement in violation of this chapter is absolutely void and is not enforceable at law or in equity.

Notes

Bars enforcement of any contract or agreement that violates the chapter, declaring it absolutely void and unenforceable at law or in equity. The rule applies to both contracts and agreements that violate the chapter and prevents enforcement through either legal or equitable remedies.
