California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 8 — Special Business Regulations, Chapter 4 — Horse Racing, Article 6.5 — Fairs and Expositions, Section 19549.2
From the weeks available for harness and quarter horse racing pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (a) of Section 19531, the board may allocate a maximum of 12 weeks of harness racing to the 22nd District Agricultural Association to be conducted on the 22nd District Agricultural Association grounds. The racing shall be conducted by a person other than the 22nd District Agricultural Association.

Allows the board to allocate no more than 12 weeks of harness racing, from the statutorily available harness and quarter-horse weeks, to the 22nd District Agricultural Association for racing on its grounds. Requires the racing itself to be conducted by a person other than the 22nd District Agricultural Association.
