No beer and wine importer’s general license shall be issued to any person who holds an interest, directly or indirectly, in any retail license. No retail license shall be issued to any beer and wine importer’s general licensee.

Notes

Prohibits issuance of a beer and wine importer general license to any person having a direct or indirect interest in a retail license. Also prohibits issuance of any retail license to a beer and wine importer general licensee, barring the two license interests from being held together in either direction.
