No distilled spirits importer’s general license shall be issued to any person who holds an interest, directly or indirectly, in an on-sale or off-sale general license.

Prohibits issuance of a distilled spirits importer’s general license to any person who directly or indirectly holds an interest in an on-sale general license or an off-sale general license.
