It is unlawful for any person to take, possess, receive, transport, purchase, sell, barter, or process any fish obtained in violation of this article.

Notes

Prohibits any person from taking, possessing, receiving, transporting, purchasing, selling, bartering, or processing fish obtained in violation of the article. The prohibition applies to every listed transaction or handling activity involving fish whose original taking or acquisition violated the article.
