On or before December 31 of each year, the Director of Fish and Game shall prepare and submit a report to the Legislature regarding the implementation of this article including an accounting of all funds.

Requires the Director of Fish and Game to prepare and submit an implementation report to the Legislature by December 31 every year. The annual report must address how the article has been implemented and include an accounting of all funds.
