This chapter does not apply to a money judgment against a public entity that is subject to Section 965.5 or 970.1 of the Government Code.

Notes

Exempts from this chapter a money judgment entered against a public entity when that judgment is subject to either of the two specified Government Code provisions. The chapter therefore does not govern those public-entity money judgments that fall within the referenced statutory categories.
