Except as otherwise provided in the Family Code, this chapter does not apply to a judgment or order made or entered pursuant to the Family Code.
Notes
Exempts judgments and orders made or entered under the Family Code from this chapter. The exclusion applies unless the Family Code itself provides otherwise, so a Family Code provision may make the chapter applicable despite the general rule stated here.
