A tenant for years or at will, unless he is a wrong-doer by holding over, may occupy the buildings, take the annual products of the soil, work mines and quarries open at the commencement of his tenancy.
Notes
Allows a tenant for years or at will to occupy the property’s buildings, take the annual products of the soil, and work mines and quarries that were already open when the tenancy began. This permission does not apply when the tenant is a wrongdoer because the tenant is holding over after the tenancy.
