No freightage can be charged upon the natural increase of freight.
Notes
Prohibits charging freightage on the natural increase of freight. Bars a carrier or other party entitled to freightage from treating natural growth or increase of the transported freight as additional freight subject to a charge, limiting freightage so that the naturally increased portion does not generate an added freightage obligation.
