Every invention developer shall maintain all records and correspondence relating to performance of each invention development service contract for a period of not less than three years after expiration of the term of each such contract.

Requires every invention developer to keep all records and correspondence concerning performance of each invention development service contract for at least three years after that contract’s term expires. The retention duty covers both records and correspondence relating to performance and runs from expiration of each individual contract term.
