No invention developer shall make, or authorize the making of, any reference to compliance by it with this act in any advertisement.

Notes

Prohibits an invention developer from making, or authorizing another person to make, any reference in an advertisement to the invention developer's compliance with the act. The advertising prohibition covers both references made directly by the developer and references the developer authorizes others to make.
