A board may suspend a license pursuant to Section 17520 of the Family Code if a licensee is not in compliance with a child support order or judgment.

Notes

Allows a board to suspend a license when the licensee is not complying with a child-support order or judgment, using the suspension authority referenced in the Family Code. The provision authorizes suspension on that noncompliance ground but states no separate deadline, monetary threshold, notice procedure, or additional exception.
