A board may deny, suspend, revoke, or otherwise restrict a license on the ground that an applicant or licensee has violated Section 123 pertaining to subversion of licensing examinations.

Notes

Allows a licensing board to deny, suspend, revoke, or otherwise restrict a license when an applicant or licensee has violated the provision concerning subversion of licensing examinations. The authorization applies both at the application stage and after licensure and permits several forms of licensing action based on that examination-related violation.
