A board may revoke, suspend, or otherwise restrict a license on the ground that the licensee, in support of another person’s application for license, knowingly made a false statement of a material fact or knowingly omitted to state a material fact to the board regarding the application.
Notes
Allows a board to revoke, suspend, or otherwise restrict a license when the licensee knowingly makes a materially false statement or knowingly omits a material fact to support another person’s license application. The disciplinary ground concerns deliberate material misrepresentations or omissions made to the board about someone else’s application.
