Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, any board, commission, examining committee, or other similarly constituted agency within the department required prior to the effective date of this section to submit reports to the Governor under any provision of this code shall not be required to submit such reports.

Notes

Exempts any department board, commission, examining committee, or similar agency that was required before the provision’s effective date to submit reports to the Governor from continuing to submit those reports. The provision removes that prior reporting duty notwithstanding other provisions of the code and states no replacement reporting requirement.
