A county may accept and disburse funds from any public or private source for the purposes of this chapter.

Allows a county to receive funds from any public or private source and disburse those funds for purposes of the chapter. The authorization covers both acceptance and payment of outside funds and does not limit the source to governmental money, private money, or any particular type of contributor.
