A county’s share of the funding pursuant to this chapter shall not exceed 50 percent of the approved estimated cost of the program.
Notes
Limits a county’s share of funding under the chapter to no more than 50 percent of a program’s approved estimated cost. The provision caps the county-funded portion by reference to the approved estimate, leaving at least the remaining share to come from sources other than that county funding.
