The marketing contracts and agreements between an association that is organized pursuant to this chapter and its members and any agreements authorized in this chapter shall not result in restraint of trade, or violation of law of this state.

Prohibits marketing contracts and agreements between a chapter-organized association and its members, and other agreements authorized by the chapter, from resulting in restraint of trade or violating state law. The provision permits those contractual relationships only to the extent their result complies with those stated legal limits.
