If an association issues nonpar value stock, the issuance of the stock shall be governed by the terms of all general laws that cover the issuance of nonpar value stock in domestic corporations.

Notes

Requires issuance of nonpar-value stock by an association to follow all generally applicable state laws governing issuance of nonpar-value stock by domestic corporations. The provision makes those general corporate issuance rules controlling for this stock type and states no separate chapter-specific issuance procedure, amount, deadline, or exception.
